During the three years that I was employed by John Fisher Architects, here in Asheville, NC, I learned a great deal about the construction environment. John, an experienced local architect, played a vital role in molding the designer and manager that I am becoming, providing me with extensive experience in commercial design and its documentation. Since leaving John Fisher Architects, I have started my own company, LaunchPad Design Studio. I specialize in contract architectural services, WordPress Webdesign, and photography. I have also been doing design work with Bellwether Design Build and have enjoyed the variety that contract work provides.
I am proficient in the production of detailed construction documents, and in the presentation of comprehensive models and graphic presentations to help clients understand the architectural design. When designing a structure for the client’s budget, I understand that coordination with experienced engineers and consultants is a vital part of the process.
I am a graduate of Auburn University’s Architecture Program and I have also obtained an AAS in Drafting and Design Technology from Jefferson Davis Community College.
